I visited The Meat Emporium in April, May, June, July, August and September, and it became one of the places I most enjoy recommending to anyone who appreciates really good meat. The experience is centred on what matters most to me: excellent meat, a very good selection and steak that makes you want to come back. I ate steak here, and the quality left a strong impression. Across my visits, the restaurant consistently delivered the kind of meat-focused experience I look for when choosing a steakhouse in Bali.

Excellent meat and a very good selection

The quality of the meat is the standout. The selection is very good, which makes The Meat Emporium appealing whether you arrive knowing exactly what you want or prefer to look through the available options first. I especially enjoyed the steak and would readily recommend it. For anyone who takes their beef seriously, having a strong choice of cuts is part of the pleasure, and this is one of the things I value most about dining here.

The Meat Emporium combines a butcher shop with a steakhouse. Its official menu describes personally selected Australian meat and explains that guests can choose prime cuts, buy them at retail prices, and either grill their meat themselves or have the kitchen cook it for them. That approach puts the product at the centre of the visit and gives diners a clear choice in how they want to enjoy it. My own experience was simple and convincing: the meat was really good, the selection was excellent, and the steak was well worth ordering.

I returned over several months, from April through September, and came away with the same positive view: The Meat Emporium is a great option when you are craving quality meat and a satisfying steak. It is easy to recommend to fellow steak lovers, whether you live in Bali or are visiting and want to find a dedicated meat-focused restaurant.
