Echo Beach

Echo Beach is a coastal beach in Canggu on Bali’s southwest coast. The shoreline faces the Indian Ocean and contains dark volcanic sand, reef areas and a broad coastal view toward the horizon.

Visitors find a beach, surf breaks, black sand, rocky sections and a line of access points from the Canggu side. The surrounding area includes restaurants, small businesses and paths connecting the beach with the inland village streets.

Coastal setting

The beach is part of the long coast between Canggu and Pererenan. Tides change the visible width of the sand and reef, while the open western orientation creates views across the sea, particularly toward the evening sky.
