Bali Equestrian Centre

Bali Equestrian Centre (BEC) is an international riding centre in Berawa/Canggu, on a two hectare equestrian property in North Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali.

What you find there

BEC houses 38 horses and operates 40 stables with 12 wash bays and two tack rooms. The facility includes three arenas: a covered 25×65, a covered 20×20 and an outdoor 30×90 arena for jumping. Around the perimeter are a pony-ride track and eight grass paddocks. A tack shop at the entrance stocks helmets, gloves, boots, technical riding clothing and equestrian equipment.

Activities and services

Lessons are offered for ages 6 and up, with both private and group options and adult lessons available. Pony rides run on the grounds and morning pony camps and private family camps can be arranged (private camps require a minimum of four children). BEC also organises private photo shoots and provides livery services. In late 2024 the centre planned a Bay Retreat property in Negara for horse retirement and family stays.

Practical info

The Brunch Club restaurant on site faces the 25×65 covered arena and is accessible directly from the main road with ample bike and car parking; it is open 8:00, 18:00. The tack shop is open 08:30, 18:30. Riding lesson times are mornings 07:45, 12:45 and afternoons 14:45, 18:30. The property is only accessible to members or guests who have booked a riding activity.
