Morning Light Yoga is an open-air yoga pavilion located in Uluwatu, Bali, situated within a resort complex and overlooking the ocean. The studio is an open-air reclaimed teak yoga temple that welcomes everyone from first-timers to serious practitioners, offering a space to find flow and rebalance surrounded by views of waves and lush jungle.
Classes and Schedule
Classes are held daily at 7:30 am, lasting for 75 minutes. Daily drop-in classes are available for IDR 150,000 per session. Practitioners do not need to book ahead of time, but are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before class to settle in.
Equipment Provided
The studio provides all necessary props for practice, including Manduka mats, cork blocks, and straps, allowing visitors to simply arrive and make themselves comfortable on a mat.
