Tegenungan Waterfall

Tegenungan Waterfall is a river waterfall in the Saba area of Gianyar, south of Ubud. The cascade drops over a rock ledge into a pool surrounded by tropical vegetation and a steep valley landscape.

What you find there

Visitors find viewpoints above the river, a stairway descending toward the waterfall, the main cascade and a pool at the base. The surrounding area includes river rocks, forested slopes and paths connecting the upper and lower viewpoints.

Natural setting

The waterfall is part of the Tukad Petanu river landscape. Its flow changes with rainfall and seasonal water levels, while the vegetation around the river remains a defining part of the site.

Visiting
