Power of Now Oasis

Power of Now Oasis is a beachfront yoga center in Sanur with a bamboo shala on the sand and a lagoon setting. Established in 2010, it offers daily yoga classes and holistic treatments. The center maintains an organic garden and supports a charitable foundation that provides local scholarships for children.

Programs and classes

The center is a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour school and limits teacher trainings to 20 students. Its teacher training is a 27-day program focused on Hatha and Vinyasa. Regular classes are taught by Western and local teachers in styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Iyengar. Classes are suitable for all levels, and the schedule includes four classes daily.

Retreats and wellness services

Customized health and yoga retreats start from three nights. Programs can be tailored with Ayurvedic treatments, Chinese medicine, traditional Balinese and medical spa experiences, and mental health counselling on request, with additional add-ons available. The center runs holistic healing treatments alongside yoga programming and maintains community links through a charitable foundation.
